What activities are you involved in? Baseball, football, track, debate, AHS Shout, kinda-sorta-almost speech Why do people call you âKubâ? My dad said I looked like a bear cub when I was born, and I’ve been Kub ever since. I like it, though, so it works for me. How do you like being a freshman? Freshman year has been great so far. Its cool to be the young guy, to kind of learn the ropes. Now that its second semester I’ve been at AHS long enough to kinda know what’s going on, but still be clueless with everything else Whatâs it like having a nice afro? The Fro and I are best friends, so itâs amazing. I can tell him anything, and he even holds my pencils for me. What is the best advice your cousin, Todd Stevens, has given you? He’s pretty much given me a scouting report on every teacher in the school. I don’t necessarily agree with him on all his opinions, but itâs good to have an idea of what the teacher is like before the class begins. How did you get involved with hosting the AHS Shout segment? Ben Sulzberger, the maestro of the whole operation, asked Jill and I to co-host. We starred in one of his short films over the summer so we’re used to working together. He’s phenomenal at what he does. Whatâs your favorite movie? I don’t have one..working on that. Whoâs your favorite teacher? All of them. Who was your Valentine? Hannah Greenlee and I have been dating for 10 months, so unless things drastically change in the near future, she’s my valentine. I’m still coming up with a good way to ask her… stay tuned. If you could meet any celebrity, who would it be? I really like the rapper Lecrae’s music, so it would be great to meet him. Is it alright to self promote on the WEB? Hopefully yes. If you’re reading this, go to soundcloud.com and search "kub stevens". He’s got some great music posted. The name must be a coincidence…
